Backerkit surveys coming soon - important info, please read!

Hey everyone!
I've submitted my survey to Backerkit so they can check it over before it gets sent in a few days.
I thought I'd send some screenshots of the Preview version so you know what to expect.
You'll be asked for your choices for everything you've pledged for - if you're getting an acrylic brooch or earrings, I've set up a Google Form to collect your choices (the amount of colour combos was WAY too much for Backerkit to handle!).
So if you've pledged for 5 brooches (for example) you'll just need to click through for each one - I know it feels a bit redundant but it still needs to be done, as each item helps calculate the order weight.
Then you'll get to the Add-on + Shipping page - here you'll be able to add anything else you'd like to your pledge, and it works out the total postage cost. There'll also be a 'local pickup/no shipping' option for those who have orders on hold in my normal shop, or who are grabbing their rewards straight from me.
After that Backerkit will ask for your card details - you won't actually be charged at that point though! I'll process the postage/extras costs a couple of weeks before I send all the rewards - is a two-week heads up before charging enough?
Thanks again everyone! I'm still waiting for KS to send through the funds so I can order the pins, should happen on Wednesday/Thursday though!

Payments and a lil' shipping reminder!

Hey everyone!
So it looks like Kickstarter have been able to process pretty much all the payments so far - they'll send the funds through to me next Wednesday.
And just a reminder that I'm not shipping to the UK because of all the Brexit rules - I put that in every tier's info and in the shipping info, if for some reason you didn't see it and are not able to get your pledge rewards shipped to someone else on your behalf, please get in contact with me. I can't cancel pledges while they are pending processing, but I can refund them. If your payment is still pending... maybe just wait out the KS reminders?? They'll give up after the two weeks pass, I'm sure XD
Also: I'm based in Australia, if you're overseas and haven't checked out the approximate shipping prices please take a sec to have a look at them - I just want to make sure everyone knows what to expect as Aus Post's international shipping can be quite a lot depending on where you are.

Hey hey!
We're almost at the end! I've been setting up BackerKit for the Kickstarter - they're a pledge management service that I chose because they have a weight-based option for handling postage, which is really helpful!
Kickstarter take 2 weeks to send the funds to me - it allows time to gather pledges from everyone, and BackerKit recommend that I wait until then to send surveys.
So from what I gather - Kickstarter will process the amount you've pledged for (which will happen over the next few days) and BackerKit process the shipping and any further add-ons, which they recommend doing closer to the shipping time... so probably in a couple of months, but I'll be posting updates as everything progresses.

Ahhh! The second colour variant has been unlocked, and I'm so so grateful and ecstatic that all the signs and colours are available for everyone to choose from!
Thank you all for supporting this project, it won't be the last time I say that, I'm *certain*.
I was initially looking at using DHL for the international postage, but they still have these excess fuel surcharges (a thing they put in place last year because of COVID) which bumps up their postage prices - because of that I think it's best that I stick with the carrier I always use, which is Australia Post.
Because all the items are so light, postage around Australia will be $8-$13 depending on your location. Internationally: to most areas of the world it will be $20-25, to Europe $25-30, including tracking. I wish international postage were cheaper - it used to be that you could send small, thin items using the "Large Letter" rate, which was under $10, but I've heard from other artists and friends that Aus Post have locked down on that, and only documents will qualify for that rate now - anything else needs to be sent as a Parcel. So this is just a heads up for postage costs!
If you're wanting to combine your Kickstarter order with anything from my online store www.edenki.com.au to save on shipping, that's also totally fine, just let me know.

Imma keep promoting the sh!t outta this so that the black nickel variant can be unlocked, if you're able to help by sharing it on your fb or insta that'd be so awesome, I'd love for everyone to be able to choose from either colour for their rewards!
